ZUMBA

You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. Working up a sweat in the Zumba classes burns an average of 369 calories which is more than cardio kickboxing or step aerobics. You’ll get a great cardio workout that melts fat, strengthens your core, and improves flexibility.

FULL BODY TONING

DESCRIPTION

Like the name suggests, this exercise is perfect for you if you're looking to get a toned body. Full body toning can lead to improved strength levels and cardio-respiratory well-being. A toned musculature is also important to support and protect the joints from incorrect movements and biomechanical loads.

MOBILITY

DESCRIPTION

This training includes any exercises that will improve your mobility. Often mistaken for stretching, mobility training is much more than this. It could include dynamic stretching, yoga, agility exercises, myofascial releases, and anything else that helps you move better and improves your range of motion.

HIPNOTIC

DESCRIPTION

This class is a lower body exercise that specifically activates your gluteal muscles, including the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus. If you’re looking for a new glute exercise to incorporate into your strength training routine, consider trying out this class.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

DESCRIPTION

Strength and conditioning allows you to strengthen supporting muscles, even out muscle imbalances, increase mobility, correct posture, stabilize joints, learn new movement patterns and enhance coordination and peripheral skills.

SPINNING

DESCRIPTION

A spin class is a high-intensity indoor cycling workout. Classes are set to high tempo music; combined with encouragement from the instructor, you get a very motivating workout. The intensity can result in you burning up to 800 calories in an hour.

LOWER BODY STRENGTH

Strengthening your lower body also offers an unparalleled connection to mental toughness. Getting better at anything involves a little pain, but nowhere else do you carry it with you as much as training your legs. Total Resistance Exercise is a workout with a difference. This training uses a single strap hung in half, usually from a ceiling, with loops for hands or feet on either end. The singular piece of kit might not look like much, but after a few minutes of this tough workout, you'll soon be feeling it.

A physical activity that mixes boxing movements with strength work. I can be done with or without equipment, and you never even touch an opponent. Cardio boxing is a way of letting off steam and having fun that's inspired by boxing.

It’s known for targeting smaller and deeper stabilization muscles and often explained as working from the inside out.

HIIT

DESCRIPTION

A training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

AFRO FIT

DESCRIPTION

A full-body, high-intensity cardio workout and dance in Afrobeats. You'll dance to African music in this fun workout and dance class. In a 1-hour session, you'll release your stress, meet new people, and have lots of fun.
